- Pets must be leashed and under the control of a responsible person at all times when outside of a resident's unit.
- Barking or excessive noise from pets will not be tolerated. Owners must take appropriate steps to address any noise concerns from their pets.

- Please go to the parking lots or beyond to smoke.
- Please clean up any cigarette butts.

- Residents are responsible for properly bagging and sealing all trash before placing it in the dumpster.
- Break down cardboard boxes to maximize space efficiency.
- Place all trash inside the dumpster.
- Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, electronics, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, furniture, and tires
